WHAT IS TRI-PAT CERTIFIED?

All of Soleus’ Dehumidifiers are now Tri-Pat certified.

We installed new safety patents that outperform industry design flaws discovered in our Tri-Pat Study.

3 Dehumidifier Safety Patents:

1.Temperature sensor on compressor discharge tube that would automatically shut off compressor if temperature exceeds 194°F. If the temperature goes above (194°F) three times in one hour then the unit will shut down and display the error E4 on the display and the unit will stop working.

2. Compressor will automatically turn off for 3 minutes every 6 hours of continuous operation to decrease local temperature and potential for overheating.

3. An electric current transformer protection device in the control board that will automatically shut off unit if it operates above a normal electric current.
